• Initial consultation to acquaint ourselves with your requirements and to establish which products and services would most benefit these requirements.
• Design and development of a proposed solution based on our understanding of your requirements, coupled with the selection of appropriate products to meet your every expectation.
• Subsequent consultation in which the proposal and proposed products are explained in detail, with further input from you being used to more precisely tailor the solution ultimately selected.
• Re-design and re-configuration of the system is performed as many times as is necessary to fully satisfy your desires and requirements.
• Final solution design includes electrical wiring diagrams to be read in conjunction with architectural drawings enabling work to be carried out by your chosen electrician in wiring the premises.
• Provision of selected home automation and entertainment equipment.
• Installation of equipment, including the calibration of components for proper functionality within the scope of works including precision wiring of data and audio-visual interconnections which may fall outside the capability of the electrician.
• Configuration of home automation equipment, including customisable remote controls, to afford you user-friendly operation of the system.
• Introduction to your new integrated living system, with training provided for each component as well as the operation of the custom-developed automation and control functions.
• Final consultation to establish and correct any perceived shortcomings of the installation.
