MBL developed this center as an ideal supplement to the mbl 101 D and mbl 111 B Radialstrahler systems. Employing identical technology, but optimally tuned for reproduction with multichannel systems with regards to phasing and bass reproduction. The low frequency crossoverpoint of the mbl 111 RC (80 Hz) satisfies THX requirements and smoothly harmonizes with most decoders on the market.

Two force-balanced woofer/midrange speakers with 150 mm aluminium membranes execute even the hardest of audio attacs. The midrange/tweeter element, designed according to the radialstrahler principle, projects the sound in the ideal spherical manner. The transmission range extends up to 40,000 Hz, thereby particularly harmonizing with the new SACD or DVD media.

This center enables you to lay down a high-quality foundation stone for excellent reproduction on several channels. Whether a three, five or n-channel reproduction, the quality of the center is always of critical significance for the quality of multichannel systems.
