Superseding Pioneers debut BDP-LX70 Blu-ray player, the new BDP-LX70A now features bit-stream output for both Dolby TRUE HD and DTS-HD Master Audio, as well as the latest HDMI 1.3, will also play your standard DVD collection as well as your CDs to the highest standard.

We have had this player in store for several weeks now and have had a good chance to test the machines abilities. At below the AU$2,000.00 mark, the BDP-LX70A is one of very few to offer, both; Dolby True-HD and DTS-HD Master Audio, Dolby Digital and DTS surround sound processing, as well as outputs.
Multi-channel linear PCM is also supported from both analogue and HDMI outputs.
Not content with being one of the best Blu-Ray players available the BDP-LX70A will also drop into your home computer network, the LX70A is DLNA compatible so you can stream media content from your PC.
