Logos1 & 2 System

Goldmund introcuces in 2007 a new addition to the Logos family.

Supplementing the renowned Logos Mini and the Logos Sub, the news models achieve even higher output level and quality: the Logos1 Full-range Monitor and the Logos2 Active Super-Subwoofer.

* The Logos1 exists in active and passive versions as well as in special High Efficiency version, the Logos1 HE, especially efficient when coupled with the Logos2.
* The active Logos1 version provides digital and analog inputs and uses two built-in Telos generation amplifiers and an active crossover. This crossover may be by-passed to allow a perfect tuning by software filters adjusted in an associated Universal Preamplifier such as the Mimesis 24 or Mimesis 30.
* The Logos1 drivers are a 7" woofer and soft dome tweeter, both selected for their high linearity and high dynamics. The Logos1 HE uses a hard metal woofer and a high efficiency ribbon tweeter.
* The Logos2 subwoofer usues a 12" woofer with long excursion and a passive 12" radiator. It is available only in active variant, with a 650 W built-in power amplifier and built-in adjustable crossover.
* The ideal coupling of a Logos1 and a Logos2 may be achieved by assembling them in the Logos Frame 2. The bandwidth is then 20Hz-32kHz +/- 3dB, a performance unique in the industry for such a small speaker.
