Service is the natural support to sales.We all want our purchases, however old, to never fail, but the reality is that sometimes they do.

Most of the time it is a small component failure or a regular maintenance, such as a projector lamp replacement. What's important is that the fault is rectified quickly and cost-efficiently - that's where we come in.

At Audio Connection our service team has over thirty years' experience in all forms of hi-fi, from repairs to modification, to building custom pieces, with a vault of information to draw upon.

As Audio Connection continues to draw new customers and develop the systems of our existing clients, it's important that we have a sense of confidence that your purchases are looked after and that you can talk to us and get the answers that you want and need.

We offer not only the repair side of the equation, but also skills ranging from custom cable terminations, speaker and electronic equipment upgrades, sourcing difficult to get components, through to consultation on room acoustics and construction suggestions for multimedia fit-outs.

Audio Connection provides repairs and services for products purchased in store. For all products not purchased in store, please call ahead to ensure that we can be of assistance or point you in the right direction. There is not much that we can't answer, and if there is, we know who to ask, whether it's a local technical specialist or a manufacturer on the other side of the world.
