First we’ll meet (at no cost) so you can share your vision, performance and aesthetic goals, timeline expectations, and any other information you feel is important to your project. We’ll ask questions and help you refine your needs—for audio, visual, control and anything else you’d like.
We’ll take everything from the consultation and propose the best solution for your project—one that gives you the performance you need not just today, but well into the future. We factor in useability, live-ability and upgradeability into every project. The basic proposal is free, and we do offer a premium system design proposal for a fee, which will be credited to you should choose to go ahead.
Optional, but strongly recommended, we’ll develop a custom acoustic solution for your project. One that will not only treat your space, but compliment your aesthetic vision.
Acoustics is something that is often overlooked but so incredibility important, not just for the performance of the system but to quality of life. This optional service does come with a design fee, but if you decide to go ahead with the acoustic install, the fee will be credited back to you.

When its ready to be installed, we'll be there from start to finish, project managing the process all the way through to completion. We'll work with builders, interior designers and architects to expedite your project and remove all those annoying hold-ups. We hold our work to the highest possible standard, so in turn, we only use trusted installers with decades of experience. Professional service is guaranteed.
After completion, you'll receive a full handover package that details all the work that was completed, the warranties of your products, and everything you need to know about your fit-out. But that doesn’t necessarily end our relationship: we’ll be available to you for any additional support you may need.
